The role offers weekly mentoring, a professional development budget, flexible hours, low billables with gradual caseload growth, admin time included in billables, and a customised caseload (paediatrics, adults or mixed) with admin support. New grads gain a two‑week induction, observational sessions, extended mentoring as needed, plus a bonus scheme. Essential criteria include OT degree, AHPRA registration, WWCC, Police Clearance, and solid time management.
