We are seeking a proactive and guest-focused Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight shift. As the highest-ranking leader on duty, you will ensure the smooth running of all departments, safeguard guest satisfaction, and maintain security and safety standards throughout the night. This role requires a confident decision-maker with strong leadership and problem-solving skills who can represent the property with professionalism at all times.
What you’ll do
Supervise and coordinate all overnight hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments.
Act as the property’s senior representative during the night, handling guest concerns, special requests, and emergencies with professionalism.
Monitor room availability, rate controls, and reservations in coordination with the Front Office and Revenue teams.
Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy in daily financial reports and system reconciliations.
Maintain safety and security by conducting property rounds, monitoring systems, and addressing incidents as required.
Support and guide overnight staff, fostering teamwork and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across the property.
Liaise with morning management teams to communicate key overnight updates, incidents, or guest feedback.
Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring personalized touches and thoughtful service, even during late hours.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in Front Office or Rooms Division, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Solid knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, night audit procedures).
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
