Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the seamless day-to-day running of our hotel operations in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will ensure all departments deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences while driving efficiency, team engagement, and brand standards. The Operations Manager will be a key partner to the General Manager in achieving both strategic goals and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily operations across Rooms, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other key departments.

  • Work closely with the General Manager to execute the property’s vision, brand standards, and guest experience strategies.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire department heads and teams, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and guest-centric service.

  • Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results, taking proactive action where needed.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of operation.

  • Partner with HR on talent recruitment, training, and development programs to build strong and motivated teams.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to support events, promotions, and initiatives that drive business.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability without compromising quality.

  • Drive sustainability initiatives across operations, aligning with our brand’s eco-conscious values.

  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Act as the property’s ambassador, representing the brand with integrity and passion.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ progressive leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with at least 3 years in an operational leadership role.

  • Strong leadership presence with proven ability to inspire and guide large, diverse teams.

  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations across Rooms, F&B, and support departments.

  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

  • High attention to detail with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
