An exciting opportunity awaits for an experienced Branch Manager to lead McAlpine Hussmann’s New Plymouth Service team, drive performance and deliver on financial targets and service excellence. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee operations and grow a high performing Refrigeration and Air Conditioning service operation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar Branch Manager role, exposure to Commercial Refrigeration with supermarket sector knowledge, a health and safety focus, strong commercial and financial acumen, and excellent communication. You will negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, lead with impact, plan and prioritise, and build key relationships; a Refrigeration or Air Conditioning trade qualification is essential. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager who is ready to take ownership of this role and lead our New Plymouth Service branch.

This role is responsible for leading a team of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Technicians and is well suited to someone who can drive team performance and deliver on key business objectives.

As the leader of the New Plymouth Service team, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this position offers the opportunity to grow a highly successful business.

This is a key role which is accountable for overseeing branch operations, achieving financial targets, delivering first class customer service and operational excellence.

We are seeking people who possess the below experience and competencies:

• 5+ years' experience in a similar Branch Manager role,

• Exposure to the Commercial Refrigeration Industry with a strong knowledge of the supermarket sector,

• Health and Safety focused,

• Commercial and financial acumen

• High standard of verbal and written communication,

• Ability to negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors,

• Strong leadership skills,

• Ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise work,

• Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally.

• Trade Qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning,
