Marks & Spencer in Ludlow is opening a new store and recruiting part-time on-site Customer Assistants for the Hot Food counters, a fast-paced frontline role where quality, speed and service all come together. You’ll be a hands-on brand ambassador, confidently recommending and serving fresh hot options while using in-store digital tools to keep orders flowing and standards high. The role requires teamwork, flexibility and resilience across a two-week shift pattern with morning and evening slots including weekends. You must be 18 or older. To apply effectively, showcase strong customer service, comfort with digital tools, reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to inclusion and flexible working.


Work Pattern 

Week 1:

Monday: 08:00-16:00
Tuesday: 12:00-20:00
Thursday: 08:00-16:00
Friday: 10:00-18:00

Week 2:

Monday: 08:00-16:00
Wednesday: 10:00-18:00
Thursday: 08:00-16:00
Saturday: 12:00-20:00
