YOUR ROLE AS NIGHT AUDITOR
We are looking for a Night Auditor with a focus on Night Admin responsibilities. This role combines front desk guest service with important overnight administrative and operational tasks. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and prefer the quieter night hours, this is the right fit for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures

  • Being the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, including handling late arrivals or guest requests

  • Performing the night audit: reconciling the day’s financial activity and generating reports

  • Ensuring system accuracy for room types, rates, and availability

  • Completing security checks and maintaining public area cleanliness

  • Providing a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift

  • You work independently and take full responsibility for your shift

  • You remain calm and solution-focused in any situation

  • You are a strong communicator and provide excellent guest service

  • You are flexible, presentable, and reliable

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Experience in hospitality or as a night auditor is a plus

  • Knowledge of MS Office and preferably Opera

  • Fluent in English
