We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently overnight while delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
As Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, completing end-of-day audits, reconciling financial transactions, and providing professional service to guests during night hours. You will also play a key role in maintaining guest safety, security, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests
Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions
Reconcile revenue across all outlets and prepare audit reports
Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
Handle cash, credit, and billing accurately in line with procedures
Ensure hotel security procedures are followed at all times
Communicate effectively with the Night Manager and morning teams
Previous experience in a hotel Front Office role (Night Audit experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
Confident using, Opera , PMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
Able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Calm, reliable, and able to work independently
