Job Description

At Novotel Sydney City Centre, we are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. This is the perfect opportunity for a night owl, who is guest obsessed, has an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.

In this role you will:

  • Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
  • Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
  • Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
  • Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud
  • Must be available to work 38 hours per week across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
  • Valid Australian working rights
