Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse to support two children in their home with complex clinical needs. These children are siblings, one being 3 years old and one being 6 years old. You will be working alongside one of these children within this role. 

This rewarding role centres on building a trusting relationship with the child and their family, while delivering high-quality, nurse-led care including TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, and medication management. You will play a key role in ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and development, using your clinical skills and judgement to provide consistent, person-centred care in a warm home environment.

What you’ll need

  • You must hold a up-to-date NMC Pin
  • Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
  • To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
  • Previous paediatric or complex nurse experience
