CBI Health is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join Momentum Health Seton in Calgary, with a start date ASAP. The clinic offers a busy, collaborative environment with exam rooms, a rehab gym, and programs such as GLA:D Back, Hip & Knee, and Concussion. The ideal candidate is licensed in good standing with ACOT, carries liability insurance, and can perform cognitive and concussion assessments along with musculoskeletal, psycho-social, cognitive and functional evaluations to develop OT plans for physical and psychological recovery. MVA experience is an asset; highlight patient-centered communication, teamwork, and readiness to collaborate with lawyers and WCB. Emphasize inclusion.
Our multidisciplinary clinic has several exam rooms and a dedicated gym and rehab area. We have a large referral base from family medicine and allied health professionals throughout the Calgary area. The clinic offers innovative programs such as GLA:D Back, Hip & Knee, Shoulder and Concussion Programs.

The Successful Candidate will have the Following Qualifications:
Licensed member in good standing with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists (ACOT)
Valid liability insurance
Ability to provide Cognitive and Concussion assessment
Perform musculoskeletal, psycho-social, cognitive and functional assessments
Create and execute Occupational Therapy plans for physical, cognitive, and psychological recovery
Experience with Motor Vehicle Accident claims is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in collaboration with external contacts (e.g., Lawyers, WCB, etc.)
Experience in performing these skills would be an asset however we are ready to work collaboratively with a candidate to build these capacities
