AnglicareSA is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for the Outreach AnglicareSA Therapeutic Services program in Prospect, full‑time and onsite. What you’ll do

As an Occupational Therapist with Outreach AnglicareSA Therapeutic Services (OATS), you’ll support children and young people to build independence, participation, and confidence in their everyday lives. Working within a warm, supportive multi-disciplinary team, you’ll deliver individualised, evidence-based therapy across education, community, and home environments.

This role is well suited to a new graduate or early-career OT, offering structured support, regular clinical supervision, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills alongside experienced therapists. You’ll manage a paediatric-focused caseload, contribute to collaborative goal planning, and build strong relationships with families, schools, and service partners.

You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by:

• Completing assessments and developing individualised therapy plans aligned to NDIS goals
• Delivering therapy interventions that support participation in daily activities and routines
• Preparing clear, professional reports and recommendations for families and stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with schools, childcare centres, health professionals, and NDIS providers
• Actively engaging in clinical supervision, reflective practice, and professional development

What you’ll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A Bachelor (or equivalent) degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• A genuine interest in working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, reflective approach to learning and clinical development.

We would also love for you to have:

• Experience or placement exposure working with paediatric clients.
• Knowledge of developmental delays and neurodiversity (e.g. ASD, ADHD, GDD).
• Familiarity with the NDIS or willingness to learn.
• Confidence working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
