You will lead and mentor OT clinicians, provide 1:1 supervision, and manage your own caseload while delivering timely, high quality therapy across home, school and community settings. Key focus areas include building a collaborative team culture, supervising graduates, supervising within NDIS compliance, and using standardised assessments to set evidence- based goals for participants with complex needs.
