You’ll conduct home-based evaluations, design OT plans, assess home safety and equipment needs, educate clients and families, document on a tablet, and collaborate with nursing. Massachusetts OT license and at least one year of experience; prior home care is a plus. Highlights include per visit pay of 60-65 per point, mileage reimbursement, a 5,000 bonus, PPE, training, and clear career tracks. BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist, OT, for a full time opportunity performing home health visits with our North Boston Visits office. This office works with adult and geriatric patients on a per visit basis in homes throughout Somerville, Revere, Chelsea, and surrounding towns.
As a home care Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
