You’ll assist with HeavyJob and other systems, track training and safety compliance, and coordinate bonds and insurance plus ELD setup. Requirements include 2+ years in office admin with payroll exposure, strong Excel and MS Office skills, top organizational and multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work independently. Experience with payroll systems, bonds or insurance, and familiarity with HeavyJob, HeavyBid or JD Edwards are assets, as is a construction or operations background. Target compensation $53,600 to $67,000.
