Job Summary
Lead XPENG-ANZ’s office operations, facilities management and administrative coordination to support team growth in Australia & New Zealand; manage Waterman serviced office daily ops, lead post-April next year’s office relocation, liaison with XPENG China HQ (HR/Finance) on admin/facilities matters, and coordinate dealer meetings/customer events (local event transport only, excluding general business travel).
Key Responsibilities
1.Lead office relocation project (post-April next year): design layout for headcount growth, coordinate with designers/contractors/IT teams, communicate timelines, and support lease changes.
2. Manage Waterman serviced office: oversee daily ops (with Waterman teams), ensure front-of-house service quality, control office supplies/procurement, liaise with building/cleaning/security providers, and support 2026 April contract renewal.
3. Liaise with XPENG China HQ: share office ops/headcount needs, align global policies with Australian regulations, support cost tracking/invoice processing, and assist employee onboarding/offboarding (desks/equipment/access cards).
4. Coordinate events: plan dealer meetings/customer events (venue selection, AV/catering setup), manage attendee lists/on-site registration, and arrange local event transport (e.g., hotel-venue shuttles).
5. Oversee office admin: manage vendors (contracts/service quality), support budget preparation/monthly reporting, and maintain key documents (contracts/asset registers/WHS records).
Qualifications

2.Serviced office/multi-stakeholder office management experience: Minimum 7 years.
3.Office relocation/major fit-out project experience: At least 1 end-to-end leading project.
