Job Description

The Office Lead coordinates the daily operations of the Dubai office, integrating administrative leadership, HR coordination, financial oversight, and legal compliance. Acting as the central point of contact, this role ensures smooth communication, process alignment, and adherence to UAE regulations.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Administration: Manage expenses, documentation, filing systems, daily operations, governmental portals, and serve as liaison across company entities.
  • HR & Employee Management: Oversee attendance, holidays, contracts, onboarding, employee support (residency, insurance, travel), HR reporting, and filing of employee records. Contribute to guidelines and processes.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel, visas, hotels, and tickets.
  • Legal & Compliance: Handle PRO/legal matters, coordinate with Legal team when warranted, manage invoices, and monitor compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
  • Financial Oversight: Coordinate office expense management with Finance.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in office administration, HR, and finance (UAE preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and PRO/legal requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
