Flatiron Health seeks an Office Operations Assistant for its Berlin office to maintain a safe, organized workspace while handling admin and facilities tasks. You will lead orientation and health and safety, manage access, coordinate supplies and mail, support events, handle requests via our ticketing system and Slack, and liaise with building management and vendors. Ideal candidates have two to six years in office management or facilities in an international setting, are fluent in English and German, and proficient in Google Workspace. As an office operations assistant you will provide hands-on, real-time support for all facilities related activities. You will ensure our office environment is clean, well-run, safe, well maintained and an exciting place to work for Flatiron employees and visitors. In addition you’ll also support our Berlin office with administrative tasks and office management responsibilities. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
