WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Accounts Payable and Freight Cost Management Department (GBE/VA-FA) provides professional invoice management services for all affiliated BASF Group companies in Europe. It works closely with the procurement and local finance departments and plays an active role in creating an optimized creditor process chain.
 

  • You are responsible for accounting activities, including checking and posting invoices, reconciling accounts, and verifying payment runs for BASF Group companies.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing automatically booked invoices and driving the advancement of invoice processing automation.
  • In the optimization of the purchase-to-pay process, you will take an active part and work in close cooperation with the purchasing and finance departments of the BASF Group.
