WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Join our department Accounts Receivable - Intercompany as soon as possible and ensure together with us high-quality customer accounting!

  • You are responsible for posting incoming payments, perform accounts receivable related payments and clarify payment discrepancies with customers.
  • Furthermore, you are in regular contact with customers, sales, credit management and colleagues in other financial departments.
  • In addition, you will handle the intercompany netting process and ensure troubleshooting and difference resolution prior to the next netting run.
  • You participate in preparing the monthly and annual closings for BASF Group companies.
  • Using your expertise and ideas, you optimize our workflows in cooperation with your colleagues.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • completed formal vocational training program in business and commerce or a comparable degree or certification
  • first professional experience in accounts receivable
  • good knowledge and skills in working with SAP R/3 FI as well as MS Office
  • excellent communication skills in English
  • enjoy working in intercultural teams
