As the Officer Flight Dispatch, you will be responsible for providing fuel & air traffic flight plans, as well as operational support on all aspects of flight dispatch to Qantas Flight Crew. This includes analysis and application of aeronautical data for pre-flight planning, in-flight communications and re-routing/replanning, systems maintenance & recovery, back-up systems support and identifying/acting on relevant information that affects flight planning activities across the Qantas network. In this role you will be trained in three main areas - flight planning, flight watch and monitoring and maintaining the flight dispatch database. This is a shift work position operating on a 7-day rotating roster.
