This role provides logistics support and oversees overall logistics processes to support Procurement and ADAC objectives. The Officer Logistics ensures smooth operations, effective tracking, and cost-efficient management of materials and inventory across projects and airports.

 

 Responsibilities

  • Maintain awareness of the planning process and knowledge of new/existing KPI requirements.
  • Monitor departmental budget spending along with the Supervisor.
  • Plan, monitor, coordinate, and provide logistics support to ensure smooth operation of projects.
  • Ensure tracking, receiving, and stocking of all ordered items is accurately captured and recorded.
  • Coordinate material distribution, collection, stock, and inventory transfers based on demand.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop plans and schedules for transporting materials across airports.
  • Implement effective tracking systems to monitor materials and stock in real time.
  • Ensure products are shipped, stored, and distributed in a cost-efficient manner.
  • Maintain logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and prepare accurate reports for management.
  • Perform any other duties requested by the reporting manager.
  • Maintain awareness and adherence to department/section policies and procedures.
  • Participate in periodic audits of established policies and procedures.
  • Highlight quality or non-compliance issues observed during reporting.
  • Proactively seek professional development opportunities to improve technical skills in line with ADAC’s values.
  • Support execution of change management activities within the department/section.
  • Assist in identifying technology-related needs to drive automation in logistics processes.

Requirements & Skills

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar industry
