What We’re Looking For
- Active Oregon LPN License: Must hold a current and valid LPN license in the state of Oregon.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 1–2 shifts per week and 2 weekend shifts per month.
- Clinical Skills: Ability to assess resident needs, provide appropriate nursing care, and contribute to individualized care plans.
