New World Three Parks is seeking a dedicated and high-energy Online Assistant Manager to help lead our Online Department. This is a vital leadership support role for a professional looking to make a long-term impact in a fast-paced retail environment.

 

The Role as the Second in Charge (2IC), you are more than a shopper; you are a key coordinator. You will ensure the seamless execution of online orders while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

 

Key Tasks

 

  • Organizing the team and coordinating daily workflows to meet deadlines.
  • Managing customer inquiries over the phone and via email with professional fluency.
  • Leading the picking and packing process to ensure 100% accuracy and food safety.
  • Maintaining high standards for fresh product selection.
  • Using SAP to manage inventory and online orders.

 

Requirements

 

  • Visa: Must hold an Open Work Visa, Residency, or NZ Citizenship. 
  • Skills: Professional English fluency (written and verbal) and SAP systems knowledge.
  • Experience: Solid background in Retail or Customer Service with strong attention to detail.
  • Physical: Must be physically fit for active shifts and hold a valid NZ Driver’s License.
  • Attributes: Reliability, strong organizational skills, and a positive can-do attitude.

 

Commitment and Hours

 

  • Full-Time Position: 42.5 hours per week.
  • Flexible Roster: Requires availability for early morning starts and late finishes.
  • Weekend Availability: Includes at least one weekend day as part of your regular roster.
