  • Provide timely progress updates to Project Managers, customers, Sales Offices, and LBP teams—highlighting any deviations from the plan.
  • Prepare inspection and shipping schedules and ensure timely shipment in alignment with customer expectations.
  • Work closely with Documentation Control to secure timely approvals for all project-related documents.
  • Support PreInspection Meetings (PIM) with full coordination across factory teams, PMs, and Project Engineers.
  • Notify and coordinate project inspections and manage customer or representative visits at the factory.
  • Summarize lessons learned at project close, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and share insights with internal teams when applicable.
  • Support PMO objectives, policies, and goals across the organization.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual backlog/forecast plans to Materials Management.
  • Assist Materials Management with departmental reporting and collaborate closely with materials teams to support ongoing requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of stores, assembly, and paint capacity developments.
  • Participate in inventory reporting for management and finance.
  • Serve as backup for the planning team during absences or leave.
  • Support development of internal systems and procedures and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by management and adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies.

Who You Are:
