Emerson’s Operational Project Specialist in Dubai is a full-time onsite role to lead end-to-end order execution for Projects and MRO orders, serving as the hub among project teams, factory functions, suppliers and customers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You’ll own kickoff meetings, ensure ITP and documentation clarity, coordinate factory actions across Operations, Production, Buyers, Quality and Logistics, monitor milestones, manage change orders, provide regular progress updates, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and PMO alignment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, manufacturing operations experience, strong planning and problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office, plus the calm, diplomatic leadership to operate under pressure. PMP and 3-5 years in PM or valve manufacturing are a plus.
