Endeavour Group is seeking an Operational Security and Loss Prevention Specialist to lead on-site risk management across ALH Hotels in NSW, SA and TAS, with preferred bases in Sydney or Adelaide and a rotating weekend roster. You will conduct complex investigations into internal theft and losses, perform risk-based venue visits, develop physical security programs, and act as the local SME for risk and protection matters while liaising with Police and external partners. For your application, highlight at least three years in loss prevention or multi-site security, strong investigative and interviewing skills, data analysis, and a coaching communication style; show autonomy, resilience under pressure, and hands-on problem solving, plus relevant tools such as Google Suite and Tableau and familiarity with POS and gaming policies. Also mention willingness to be on-site and travel as required.
Let’s create a more sociable future together

Adopting a proactive and highly visible field-based approach, you will provide robust, hands-on support to state operational teams.
Your core function is to mitigate operational risk through balanced reactive response and proactive measures—including unannounced site assessments, investigating critical security incidents, conducting loss investigations, and driving the on-the-ground execution of our national risk strategies (including the 'At Risk' program).
