About the Opportunity
RACV’s Leisure Operations team works in close partnership with our Club & Resorts property teams and key RACV stakeholders to provide operational support and assist in delivering memorable experiences. The Operations Coordinator role has a strong operational focus primarily on Food & Beverage operations across the group, driving measurable improvements across the portfolio of F&B outlets, with responsibility for uplifting operational standards, overseeing F&B systems use, strengthening supplier relationships and commercial partnerships and delivering key operational projects across the portfolio.
Based from our Bourke St office, you will be highly hands‑on, spending significant time on site at our Leisure properties as required, working directly with venue leaders and frontline teams to embed consistency, efficiency, and quality in Food & Beverage delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for a collaborative, operationally minded leader who is passionate about driving tangible outcomes across complex, multi‑site food and beverage environments.
