Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking an Operations Engineer in Auckland to work across the business on accelerating time to market and establishing new manufacturing processes within the NPI lifecycle. You will map value streams, collaborate with development and production teams, analyze production and quality data, and drive improvements in product design and capacity while contributing to validation and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal person holds a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent, has 2+ years manufacturing experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and strong analytical and communication skills.
