You will partner with the Operations & Visual Manager on budgets, reporting, vendor relationships and cross functional training, and you will directly oversee the Operations Associates to elevate guest experience. The Operations Lead role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week fulfilling the job description as stated above. To build a balanced schedule that supports the needs of the business and our teams, we expect all full-time employees to be available for opening, closing and weekend shifts , which may be subject to change. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of and including “Black Friday” until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.
