What We Offer

About the Role

  • Create, update, and facilitate training on product installations

  • Audit job work tickets, installer processes, and installation compliance requirements

  • Own, manage, and audit the corporate installation process and installation standards

  • Ensure installer hours are completed under the estimated budget for jobs

  • Assist the field and HR team with workforce planning for assigned territories

  • Monitor and report employee overtime weekly to leadership

  • Assist with the implementation of new product lines

  • Up to 30% travel within the position

Key Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience in the home improvement industry.

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must have warehouse management and building material Inventory experience

  • Must be employee and customer job-site safety driven

  • Must have training experience with installation process and standards

  • Must have experience in writing field install SOPs

  • Knowledge of systems such as Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and CRM Tools (i360 – SalesForce).

  • Valid drivers license.
