About the role

Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store — ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team.

You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes

  • Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets

  • Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs

  • Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy

  • Developing and coaching the operations team

  • Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability

  • Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency

This role requires flexibility, resilience and strong organisation in a fast-moving retail environment.
