Job Responsibilities

  • Work in the marketing operations team and be responsible for planning activities, processes, governance, and budget oversight across the marketing organization.
  • Manage and develop marketing plans in partnership with other areas of the business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the marketing organization and improve existing processes.
  • Support vendor onboarding and ongoing vendor management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, interpret information, and make recommendations to keep management informed.
 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • A natural organizer: You thrive on structure, process, and attention to detail. You love making order out of complexity and are passionate about building and refining processes.
  • Strong business operations acumen: You have a very good understanding of business operations and experience with vendor management.
  • Detail-oriented doer: You sweat the small stuff and take pride in accuracy and follow-through. You’re passionate about processes, procedures, and analysis.
  • Excellent communicator: You have excellent organizational and communication skills and are comfortable presenting plans and final deliverables to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tracker and problem solver: You enjoy tracking progress, interpreting information, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English is required. German is a plus. 
 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience from a consulting background.
