Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full operational management of multiple salon branches
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Salon Managers and teams
- Drive revenue growth across services and retail
- Standardize SOPs, workflows, and service quality across locations
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, costs, and profitability
- Recruit, build, and retain high-performing beauty professionals
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and promotions
- Ensure consistent luxury client experience across all branches
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Dubai (beauty industry mandatory)
- Proven experience managing multiple salon branches
- Strong knowledge of UAE beauty & salon operations
- Hands-on experience across hair, makeup, nails, skincare, and treatments
- Strong commercial and operational skillset:
- Revenue optimization
- Client acquisition & retention
- KPI management and process standardization
- Fluent English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
