Solaris is Europe’s leading embedded finance platform and is seeking a part-time Operations Program Working Student in Berlin to draft and maintain functional documentation, organize Audit Governance data, bridge between Function teams and other groups, and prepare high-level decks for senior management. Responsibilities scale with experience, and Solaris values real development over fancy titles. Ideal candidates are full-time students in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related fields, with excellent English; German is a strong plus, and you should have strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn banking processes and the AI native strategy. Benefits include a transparent career framework, lunch reimbursement, Thrive mental health support, and flexible working, with a market hourly rate of €15-€17. If you don’t meet every item, apply anyway and highlight governance, project tracking, cross-functional communication, and your eagerness to learn. Successful applicants will undergo pre-employment background checks under GDPR.
