The role:
Crown Sydney is looking for an experienced Operations Shift Supervisor to join the Maintenance (Property Services) team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This hands-on role will see you leading and supporting the in-house maintenance teams across the day-to-day operations to ensure that the Sydney property including all plant, equipment and essential building services, operate effectively, efficiently and deliver business continuity, 24/7.
This is a role that will see you collaborating with a variety of departments and business units right across the property, where you'll liaise with and communicate with other team members and management. Ideally, you'll be a trade-qualified leader, overseeing team effectiveness, workmanship, safety and overall quality of the shift operation. You’ll also play a key role in managing emergency events that may present safety risks to guests and staff, as well as property and asset damage such as fires, floods, building evacuation and other events.
