FortisBC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Pressure Control in Cranbrook, BC, on a full-time temporary basis through January 1, 2028, with an hourly range of $56.36 to $66.26 and no workplace flexibility. The ideal candidate brings five years of management experience focused on natural gas infrastructure, with construction, underground utilities or emergency response considered assets. You will lead a safety-driven team, foster collaboration, and continually improve processes while partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Year one focuses on scheduling software, building an inclusive culture, and championing safety; year two expands budgeting, stakeholder relationships, and strategic initiatives.
