Scape is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its Adelaide CBD student accommodation, a full-time role supporting the Customer Experience Team and serving as the go-to for resident safety. The successful candidate will lead under pressure, communicate across teams, and safeguard residents, staff and the building. Requirements include at least three years in a supervisory role in property management or customer service, and the ability to work with different personalities and cultures; willingness to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. As an Operations Supervisor, you will provide essential leadership support to our Customer Experience Team Members. Your mission will be to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, team members, and the building itself. You will be the go-to point for escalation, providing support to residents and key stakeholders.

Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
