What you’ll do: 

• Lead end to end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders on scope, milestones, and success metrics 

• Conduct diagnostics by undertaking process analysis, formulating insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes  

• Design and implementation of operating models 

• Define client strategies and process improvement initiatives 

• Crafting client-ready deliverables and presentations 

• Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams 

• Lead, coach and develop team members; assigning work and providing feedback 

• Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions 

• Support business development by contributing to proposals, statements of work and pitch materials 

• Drive change management and adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications and post implementation support 

What we’re looking for: 

• Demonstrated background in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery experience, ideally within the mining, energy, utilities or resources sector 

• Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs for major clients from strategy through to implementation 

• Ability to act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, tailoring solutions and influencing senior stakeholders 

• Experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management and day-to-day team coordination across projects 

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, using data to diagnose and translate insights into practical and measurable outcomes 

• Adaptability and structures problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
