Napco National is seeking an Operator to support quality and production in Dubai. The role involves assisting the Quality Inspector to ensure finished goods meet spec, keeping the line clean during shifts, completing and submitting reports to Production Team Leader, and setting machines and performing size changes. You will handle raw materials, communicate machine issues to the Lead Operator and Line Setter, and keep pallets, waste bins, and materials in their designated places. Safety comes first through HSE toolbox talks and OH&S system participation. Facilitate the work of the Quality Inspector and ensure the conformity of the product requirements with the standard finished goods specs. • Ensure proper cleaning of his line during the shift and month close. • Fill in the daily production report & submit it to the Production Team Leader. • Set the machine properly & perform size changes. • Ensure the proper handling of raw material received-returned / from-to Raw Material warehouse. • Verbally inform the Lead Operator and the Line Setter of any problem that occurs on the machine. • Make sure all finished goods pallets, waste bin, waste trolley and raw material are in their dedicated place. • Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer. • Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
