What You'll Do:

 

  • Work safely in a mining environment and able to follow the procedures and policies that are in place.
  • Be an active participant in site safety programs including the Exposure Based Safety Program (SCORE)
  • Support mining machine operators (MB670 or MR360) through manual labour, including shoveling tail pulleys, scaling, loading and unloading of miscellaneous supplies and equipment, piling materials, adding and reclaiming hardware, hanging cables, installing line brattice for ventilation, setting up extensible belts and other duties as required
  • Play a critical role in ensuring your own safety and the safety of others
  • Operation of mobile equipment will be required including skid steer and scoop tram
