WM New Zealand is seeking a reliable, self-motivated Operator to join the Waitara Transfer Station on a part-time basis, eight hours per week across Saturdays and Sundays. The role involves running the site during shifts, greeting customers, advising on waste diversion, and safely operating machinery with training provided, while keeping the site clean, safe, and compliant. The ideal candidate can work unsupervised, communicates well, enjoys outdoor work, and prioritises health, safety and environmental standards.
