Job Description

Role Purpose
Lead the design of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Recruitment, and related modules, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, compliant, and fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and target operating models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, architects, integration, security, reporting, and data migration teams.
  • Assess impacts across HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and downstream systems.
  • Support design governance, solution reviews, and architecture approvals.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, release features, and Oracle roadmap opportunities.
  • Contribute to testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR and one or more modules such as Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, or Workforce Management.
  • Proven experience in large-scale HR transformation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of integrations, security, reporting, and data migration considerations within Oracle HCM ecosystems.
  • Experience working within Agile and/or waterfall delivery environments.
