Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join onsite in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, on a full-time basis. The role blends day to day HR system support with delivering Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple projects, focusing on HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration and BI OTBI reports, supported by strong SQL and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant experience, has led more than three Fusion ERP cloud or EBS projects, and has exposure to at least three Oracle HCM modules plus integration with third party systems. Oracle OCI certifications, VBCS, and cloud native skills are highly valued; banking experience and strong English, Arabic a plus.
Role: Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role purpose:
- Support HR users with all their day-to-day activities related to the system and build new reports and new payroll components.
- The role will involve the delivery of a wide range of technical solutions across the Oracle Cloud suite, working on multiple projects in parallel and being responsible for the delivery of technical tasks on those projects.
Key metrics:
- Experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testing of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI&OTBI Reports.
- SQL and PL/SQL skills are mandatory.
- Product expertise in at least 3 of Oracle in depth technical development skills on HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI&OTBI Reports.
- The candidate Must have exposure to any 3 of oracle HCM modules.
- Must have worked as integration specialist.
- The candidate must be able to create system customizations and extensions.
- Must have worked as a leader in more than 3 projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud offerings (SaaS and PaaS) and web services
- Oracle Certified OCI Architect, Integration Specialist, Autonomous DB Specialist, and OCI Developer Associate
- Expert in integrating Oracle fusion with third party systems
- Expert in Oracle VBCS
Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Arabic an advantage
Previous experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI&OTBI reports.
- Should be able to lead a team of consultants in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI&OTBI Reports Fusion ERP cloud/EBS based implementations.
- Completed minimum of 5 Fusion Implementation project involving HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Data Migration, BI&OTBI Reports, SaaS and PaaS related implementations
- Experience in banking sector is an advantage
