Define specific roles, responsibilities (RACI), and required competencies for all positions within the new structure.
Transformation Leadership & Strategy: Serve as the Organisational Design subject matter expert (SME) to guide and govern complex business transformation initiatives, ensuring that the people structure and capabilities are designed to deliver strategic goals.

Work closely with HR to manage the people implications of the structural change.
Governance & Standards: Establish and maintain organisational design standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistency and sustainability of the structural changes. Provide expert consultation and coaching to functional leaders on structural alignment and role clarity.
Effectiveness Measurement: Define metrics to track the adoption of new structures and behaviours post-implementation, evaluating their impact on key performance indicators and making recommendations for ongoing structural and behavioural refinement.
Industry Knowledge & Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and emerging organisational models (e.g., agile, matrix structures).
Advisory & Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong working relationships with all levels of management, acting as a trusted advisor on organisational effectiveness.
