Lead, inspire and make a difference every day as an OSHC Coordinator in the Wellard area.
We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Coordinator who can confidently lead a large team, manage high-volume programs and create a positive service culture aligned with our organisational values.
This is a permanent full-time role, including 5.5 hours of paid non-contact administration time each week to support programming, planning and service leadership.
You’ll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:
Rise then Shine: 6:30am – 8:50am
Stay and Play: 2:45pm – 6:00pm
As Coordinator, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of the service and lead the delivery of engaging junior and senior programs across separate areas. You’ll use your experience in setting up purposeful environments, behaviour management and team leadership to ensure children feel safe, supported and excited to attend.
Working closely with the Assistant Coordinator, Regional Manager and Mobile Coordinator, you’ll support your team to deliver high-quality programs, maintain compliance and build positive relationships with children, families and the school community.
