Lead, inspire and make a difference across our OSHC services in the Treeby region.
We’re looking for an experienced OSHC Mobile Coordinator to work closely with our Regional Manager and provide hands-on leadership across services throughout the region. You’ll step into different teams, strengthen service delivery and help create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children can learn, play and thrive.
You’ll travel between services across the region to provide support where it’s needed most, with a motor vehicle allowance provided as part of the role.
This is a permanent full-time role, predominantly worked during regular daytime hours. Flexibility is required to work the below split shifts when needed.
Rise then Shine: Morning shifts generally between 6:30am–9:00am
Stay and Play: Afternoon shifts generally between 2:00pm–6:00pm
School Holiday Program: Shifts will fall within holiday program operating hours.
This is an exciting opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, gain exposure to different programs and service environments, and build positive relationships with teams across the region. You’ll also collaborate with Mobile Coordinators from other regions, sharing ideas and supporting consistent, high-quality service delivery.
