Across 40 NSW schools, our OSHC Educators and Coordinators deliver enriching before- and after-school care, packed with creativity, play, and learning. 

Every day, our team runs programs that include sport, creative arts, cooking, and more—working closely with children, families, and schools to support development in a healthy, inclusive environment.

We have an opportunity for an experienced OSHC Service Director to lead our service in Campbelltown NSW.

We seek a committed Coordinator to help inspire children at our Panania OSHC services. About your new role

• You will design and deliver a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service following Y values
• You will oversee a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program following My Time Our Place Volume II principles
• You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Y NSW families, schools and charity partners to turn the Y's global mission into local action
• You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth
• You will be able to follow our development pathway to learn new skills and build your career

• Experience of and commitment to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children
• Experience leading others
• Ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day
• Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours
• Ability to work in a team seamlessly

Qualifications

• Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (Mandatory)
• Cert III, Diploma or equivalent in childcare (Mandatory)
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
• HLTAID012 - Current First Aid and CPR (Mandatory)
• Police Check (paid for by the Y)
