Colas Rail in Rugby is seeking an OTM Team Leader who combines frontline supervision with hands on OTM Driver/Operator experience. The role requires strong OTM knowledge, leadership, and a safety first approach to a busy railway environment. You will lead a regional team, run briefs, conduct PDRs, and ensure timely safety and operational reporting while escalating faults to maintenance. Expect a 24/7 shift pattern with weekend and bank holiday work and occasional travel away from home. In addition to fulfilling all criteria found on the OTM Driver/Fitter/Operator job description, the Team Leader will be a front-line manager; they will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the members of OTM region allocated to them. They will train and assess all other members of Colas Rail as directed and will provide adequate support and cover for the Regional Operations Manager.
