MacKillop Family Services invites applications for a full‑time Out of Home Care Senior Case Manager in West Perth to supervise OOHC case work, lead and mentor Case Managers, and oversee complex matters. The role prioritises trauma‑informed practice, understanding of child protection and OOHC, and knowledge of Aboriginal culture and issues. A Human Services qualification or equivalent experience with at least three years’ case management, including complex cases, is required. Please address the full Key Selection Criteria in the PD. About the role:
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for providing expert advice and overseeing a high quality and effective case work service for children and young people residing in out of home care. This position will provide high quality advice to the program in the form of additional leadership, mentoring, supporting Case Managers and providing supervision to Support Workers, Students and Volunteers. The role would also oversee more complex case management matters.
This is a Full-Time opportunity based in West Perth, WA within our OOHC program. The position reports to the Manager WA/NT.
