SEEK is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative on a 12-month contract in Cremorne, onsite, as part of the Commercial Growth - Adjacent Revenue squad. You’ll turn high-intent signals into conversations and new Sidekicker customers through outbound outreach, qualify leads, support setup, and drive first jobs and completed shifts, with success measured by activation and ongoing engagement. The Team
This role sits within Commercial Growth - Adjacent Revenue and works as part of a cross-functional squad. You will partner closely with your squad leader and colleagues across operations, analytics and sales, as well as sales team members from the sales team at Sidekicker, SEEKs contingent labour business.
About the role
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you'll turn high-intent customer signals into meaningful conversations and new business customers. Using behavioural and intent-based insights, you'll proactively engage prospective customers who may have a current or emerging need for casual or temporary labour.
You'll qualify leads, build interest in Sidekicker, support account setup, and guide customers through to their first successful job post and completed shift. This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, curious, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where testing, learning, and continuous improvement are part of everyday work.
You'll play a key role in helping shape and scale SEEKs commercial growth engine and data-driven outbound sales approach.
