Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience in a technical domain (e.g., Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience engaging with, presenting to, or influencing technical stakeholders or executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in one or more of the following: AI Infrastructure, GKE or Data Engineering.
  • Experience working with product and capacity teams to resolve technical and capacity blockers.
  • Experience with SRE principles or Incident Response protocols.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java), and using technical proficiencies to remove blockers and accelerate customer deployment.
  • Proficiency in automation and deployment tools used by customers and partners (e.g., Google Cloud Foundation Toolkit).
Experience in a technical domain (e.g., Infrastructure, GKE, Data Engineering, or Cloud AI).

As a Intervention Outcome Customer Engineer (CE) you will be a specialized technical Leadership role and dedicated technical authority within the Dual-Purpose delivery, this variant focuses on execution, risk mitigation and industrial scale.

You will act as a technical execution engine(L400), the Intervention Outcome CE is deployed to high risk, complex, or Red/Amber workloads to provide high-intensity technical leadership. By resolving systemic blockers and identifying repeatable patterns for the Industrialized Hub, you will ensure customers stabilize their delivery trajectory and move into production at scale. Success is measured by the velocity of blocker of resolution and the ability to industrialize delivery playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams, onboarding the implementation team, clearing blockers, managing timelines and progress, and ensuring readiness (e.g., capacity, training).
  • Employ skills such as coding, debugging, or systems design to resolve technical blockers and accelerate deployment.
  • Drive and track progress of the initial and ongoing ramp of workloads, moving customers from agreement to consumption as quickly as possible.
  • Drive sustainable product usage to help customers realize value on an ongoing basis and secure future agreement renewals.
